Congratulations to Bridget and Calvin. I was honored to officiate their marriage ceremony Saturday at Forge Valley Event Center, Mills River. The groom was dashing in his uniform, the bride lovely in her gown. Especially touching was when the couple took turns reading a bible verse to each other before the actual ceremony; they held hands, but could not see each other.

What fun to officiate Syreeta & Sean’s marriage ceremony at Castle Ladyhawke on Halloween. The couple chose a gothic theme for their special day. Their costumes were custom made and fabulous. Each guest wore a costume to fit the role of a period character. The day was bitter-sweet for me, as it was the last day that the Castle will be open. I loved every opportunity to return. ...
